We designed a real-time logistics platform with GPS-based tracking, ML-powered route optimization, automated delay alerts, and a comprehensive driver management portal. The system was built on Next.js for the web interface, Python for the optimization engine, and deployed on Kubernetes for horizontal scaling during peak shipping periods.
Within three months of launch, ShipStack achieved 99.2% delivery accuracy, cut operational costs by 35%, and scaled from managing 50 vehicles to over 500. The automated alert system alone recovered an estimated $200K in shipments that would have otherwise been lost or delayed.
