MedSync Platform

MedSync set out to solve one of healthcare's most persistent problems: patient data spread across dozens of disconnected systems. Providers wasted hours tracking down records, patients repeated the same intake forms at every visit, and critical health information fell through the cracks.

We built a HIPAA-compliant SaaS platform that unified patient records, appointment scheduling, and secure messaging into a single interface. The architecture used React for a responsive frontend, Node.js microservices for business logic, AWS for HIPAA-compliant hosting, and Redis for real-time caching of frequently accessed records.

The platform processed its first 10,000 patient records within the first month. Provider onboarding time dropped by 80%, record retrieval went from minutes to milliseconds, and MedSync passed its HIPAA audit on the first attempt — a direct result of the security-first approach we baked into every layer of the stack.
