Reference work
Pages under /work describe product patterns we use when scoping similar systems. Unless a page explicitly names a client and they have approved publication, treat those write-ups as illustrative — not case studies of a live customer.
Paid work
Fees, IP assignment, confidentiality, and acceptance criteria are defined in the contract for that project. Website copy does not override that contract.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or abusive content through the contact form.
Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Indian law, Bytellex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Project liability is limited as stated in the signed agreement.
Governing law
