What we collect
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email, company, service interest, budget range, and message you choose to send. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and the page requested.
How we use it
We use that information to reply to enquiries, scope work, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data. Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics) help us understand aggregate traffic.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract, and to pursue legitimate interests in operating the agency. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation or a follow-on engagement, then deleted or archived with access limited to the people working the request.
Sharing
Hosting and analytics providers (currently Vercel and Google) process data as processors. We do not share enquiry details with third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to processing. Email contact@bytellex.com. If you are in India, this notice is intended to meet reasonable transparency under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
