Nova's marketing team was spending 15+ hours per week manually pulling data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and eight other tools to create performance reports. By the time reports were assembled, the data was already stale, and critical insights were buried in spreadsheets.

We built a custom analytics platform that connected to all 12 data sources via APIs, normalized the data into BigQuery, and served it through a beautiful Next.js dashboard with real-time updates. We added an AI-powered insights engine using OpenAI that automatically surfaced anomalies, trends, and optimization opportunities.
