Bloom Skincare had a great product but a forgettable brand. Their website was a generic template, their packaging was plain white boxes with printed labels, and their digital marketing was limited to occasional Instagram posts. Despite strong word-of-mouth, they were converting less than 1% of site visitors.
We started with brand strategy — defining Bloom's positioning, visual language, and voice. From there, we designed a complete visual identity, premium packaging for their product line, and a custom Shopify storefront that told their brand story at every touchpoint. Simultaneously, we launched targeted Google Ads and email automation campaigns to drive and convert traffic.
The results spoke for themselves: conversion rates jumped from 0.8% to 2.6%, the return customer rate hit 45% within six months, and monthly revenue tripled. Bloom went from a side project to a full-time business within a year of our engagement.
